I grew up in a family involved in property development sand hospitality and the privilege that I had was that we learnt from the brick and mortar to investment analysis and strategy of property and understanding what makes a certain property a good investment and where potential lies in terms of future unlocked potential and financing structures to be considered. The general knowledge that was required regarding rules and regulations such as town planning schemes building requirements and consumer behavior coupled with market trends has given me the ability to step into my clients shoes and dream with them with an objective and factual background of property investment.
My exposure to Hospitality and farming has also allowed me to have a diverse back ground to help make decisions off the basis of general operational experience. I have also travelled quite a bit for leisure and worked in foreign markets, this has really given me more of an open minded perspective of advancement of property use diversification and financing avenues, aswell as a different perspective on consumer behavioral trends.
I am a peoples person and has really given me the edge by making my customers feel that I have their best interests at heart and I try my best for it to translate into my service delivered.
